Return Window
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- With original tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase
Reverse Pickup
· For most serviceable pin codes, we offer a reverse pickup facility through our courier partners.
· For locations where reverse pickup is not available, customers will be required to self-ship the product to our return address
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return, including:
- Innerwear and personal hygiene products
- Custom or personalized items
- Special order products
Additionally, sale items and gift cards/vouchers are not eligible for returns. Exchanges may be allowed depending on availability.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the easiest way is to return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and are limited to one exchange per order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Prepaid Orders: The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
· Discounts applied during checkout will not be refunded.
· Shipping charges of ₹100 are non-refundable.
For COD refunds, please share the following details:
- Bank Name
- Branch Name
- Account Holder Name (must match the order details)
- Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Image of a cancelled cheque
Please ensure the details provided are accurate, as refunds will only be processed to the specified bank account.
Refund Processing Time
Once the refund has been issued from our side, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the amount.
